Moving to the Tampa area?
When relocating to a new area, you can have a lot on your mind: a different job, different schools, a different church, different daily routines, and last but not least, finding a new place for your family to call "home". When relocating, you often don't have the time to look at every conceivable area listing. Most likely, you'll have the time to be shown 20 to 25, so pare down your list first thing with these tips:
- Before you get here, send me a couple of lists: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house can't fulfill your basic needs, we can obviously eliminate it from the list.
- Know your budget. If you are getting a mortgage, have your pre-approved amount in advance so we can eliminate homes which exceed your price range.
- Take into account drive time to work or other interests. Traffic in the Tampa area could be different than what you're used to, so tell me how much time you're ready to spend travelling each day.

While seeing listing photos on the web is invaluable, there's nothing like visiting homes in person. Let me set up any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route.
